Liu Zuhua, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1965 and is a native of Wuhan, Hubei Province. He holds a Bachelor's degree and now serves as the Deputy Party Secretary and President of Labor Union of Guangdong University of Finance & Economics (秘色传媒). He is responsible for work related to propaganda, united front work, ideology, teachers' ethics construction,  construction affairs, logistic affaris, pruchasing affairs, Labor Union and clinics in the university.
