2.Brief Course Introduction
This is a basic course for the Real Estate Development of and Management specialty. It is an engineering technology course about designing theories and methods of architectural space and structure. After taking this course, the students will build up the ability of understanding architectural space and structure. They will also know methods of building, as well as basic designing principles and methods, including building fundamentals, structures and their safe use, space organizing of residential and public buildings.
