2.Brief course Introduction

Human Resource Management of the Culture Industry is an obligatory course for the Culture Industry Management majors. This course systematically introduces the content and main activities of the human resource management in the culture industry. On the one hand, combined with the characteristics of the cultural industry, this course elaborates on the basic theory of human resource management of cultural industry from the perspective of theory, as well as introduces human resources, human resource management, emergence and development of human resource management, human resource management environment and so on, to solve the problem of concept and understanding of human resource management of the cultural industry. On the other hand, combined with the demand for human resource of cultural industries, this course introduces the main activities of human resource management of cultural industry from the perspective of practice, including job analysis, human resource planning, recruitment, training and development, performance management, salary management etc..
